Remedial Massage
Soft tissue techniques including trigger point therapy directed at the muscles, tendons and ligamentous tissue.

Myofascial Release
Gentle, sustained pressure to facilitate the release of the fascia and underlying tissues to move more freely. Fascia is a type of connective tissue that stabilize, separate and protect muscles and internal organs.
Tightness can be due to restrictions of other tissues, injury or posture.

Pregnancy Massage
Tailored to the trimesters for appropriate treatment.

Joint mobilization
A gentle, manual technique to relieve and correct joint alignment and limitations from within a joint, further reducing joint pain. With specific joint mobilizations, it can relieve the tight surrounding muscles, improve ligament integrity and increasing space within the joint. This includes joints of the spine at each segment and peripheral joints at the arms and legs including feet and wrists.
Joints are looked at more specific to movements, where techniques are used to assist and improve the joint function through movement in accordance with the nervous system.
Assists with joint injuries, nerve irritation and pain, sharp or burning pain, restricted movement, and disc compressive conditions.

Dry Needling
Is an effective and safe technique for the treatment of muscular, joint and nerve pain. The response to the nervous system desensitizes specific pain pathways and deactivates active triggers points causing irritation, pain, and tightness.
Further to this, it allows increased blood flow and oxygen and increases mobility to the area.
A solid filiform needle is inserted to the tender spot of a muscle or other soft tissue and can be manipulated to increase a response or a more gentle approach is applied.
It assists with decreasing local muscle or nerve pain, improving function through the restoration of a muscles ability to lengthen and shorten more functionally, restoring mobility at a joint, decompress muscle or nerve pain.
Assists with headaches, sciatic pain, disc or joint pain and restriction, fibromyalgia, strains and sprains, tendinopathies and so much more.

Electrotherapeutic dry needling
An electrical current flows between two filiform needles sending a specific response to the muscle, ligaments, tendons that they are applied to. With a similar concept to dry needling this
It assists in reducing pain from acute and chronic conditions in the body, increase nerve function, increase joint mobility and muscle performance, speed the recovering of injuries like sprains, strains, joint, tendinopathies and nerve pain conditions.

Nerve Stimulation and Neruo - Kinetics
A set of manual techniques that are applied to assist motor control and more direct treatment to the nerves to improve signal to the muscles affected. This assists with nerve conditions, muscle weakness or imbalances, impaired movement patterns, joint pain and improve mobility and strength.

Lymphatic drainage massage
Directed to facilitate and accelerate the flow of lymphatic fluid around the body. MLD facilitates more effective processing of lymph by aiding it to cross physiological boundaries to functioning lymph nodes and assist those not functioning optimally. This aids in the stimulation to lymph nodes, transportation of immune cells and removal of metabolic waste, relaxation of the autonomic nervous system and assists in muscle tone.
Assists with Oedema (swelling, fluid retention), fatigue, sinusitis, immune response, detoxification, pregnancy, post trauma and injury, pre and post surgery, lymphedema, relaxation.

Vagus Nerve Stimulation
A gentle, non invasive set of techniques to assist the vagus nerve (CN X) function and healing of many major organs, illnesses and motor control center via the limbic system.
Vagus Nerve Stimulation is focused on reducing and controlling inflammation in the body, gut health / digestion (IBS / Chron's), Headaches, Migraines, Stress. Anxiety / Depression, Autoimmune health, Chronic and Acute Pain and most importantly Motor control of muscles and nerves. This includes motor neuron conditions and rehabilitation.

Mobility and Exercise Therapy
Exercises to build strength and improve mobility tailored to the client's needs.
Suited for rehabilitation, phyiscal / mental health, sport / work performance and other key goals. To have good mobility, muscles need strength, flexibility and integrity, nerves need conditioning and freedom to glide for good signal, joints need stability and free movement.
